Prescription of Fees
For providing information under the Right to Information Act, the provisions under the Right to Information (Regulation of Fee and Cost) Rules, 2005 [257.75 KB] shall be applicable. Fees shall be charged by way of cash against proper receipt or by demand draft or bankers cheque payable in favour of “Kamarajar Port Limited, Chennai”
सूचना के अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत सूचना प्रदान करने के लिए, सूचना के अधिकार (शुल्क एवं लागत विनियमन) नियम, 2005 [ 257.75 केबी ] के प्रावधान लागू होंगे। शुल्क का भुगतान उचित रसीद के साथ नकद में या "कामराज पोर्ट लिमिटेड, चेन्नई" के पक्ष में देय डिमांड ड्राफ्ट या बैंकर्स चेक द्वारा किया जाएगा।
